2018 Winter Ballet Barre Series – Please click here!

Welcome to winter!  Join Janice Hurley for the 2018 Winter Ballet Barre Series!  This ballet series will build on the barre work introduced during Fall 2017 and will add ballet center movement sequences.  Janice has performed and taught in the dance arts for over 40 years.  Ballet Barre is a progressive, fitness class based on classical ballet technique concepts. This class will increase awareness of body placement, develop coordination, strengthen balance, and increase stamina. Pilates concepts will also be incorporated in the warm-up and cool-down portions of the class. This is a progressive series and no dance experience is necessary!

The series will be held Tuesday nights from 6:15-7:30pm, starting January 9th through February 27th. Can’t commit to 8 weeks? No problem! Sign up for just the first series or the complete series – the more you sign up for, the better the price! Series I: 1/9, 1/16, 1/23 and 1/30, consisting of 4 weeks, $72; or Series II, the complete series: 1/9 through 2/27, consisting of 8 weeks, $128, the best value (save $16).
