Start your New Year out STRONG!

Join me on Mondays (1/15, 1/22 & 1/29) at Cycle Alaska from 5:15-6:15pm for a fun-filled sweat-fest – an hour of fat burning, muscular endurance, and heart & lung conditioning on state-of-the-art stationary bikes!  We will be utilizing RPE (rating of perceived exertion); current, average, and max wattage (measure of power output while cycling), cadence (revolutions per minute) and personalized heart rate percentages and heart rate zones (if cycling with a heart rate monitor).  A heart rate monitor is not required for the series but highly encouraged.  Please contact me with any questions regarding heart rate monitors.

We’ll continue to strengthen and stretch our cycling muscles and powerhouse, the core, on Thursdays (1/18 & 1/25) at Pilates Bodies from 5:15-6:05pm with mat Pilates, using a variety of props to challenge the cycling muscles and core!  Total cost for this series is $85, plus tax.  Space is limited to 10 participants, so sign up today!  Classes start Monday, January 15th!
