Private and Duo Pilates Instruction

Pilates Bodies recognizes how powerful Pilates is; however, it is not magic. Pilates must be practiced consistently in order to achieve its fullest potential. First, we make it easy to get started by having no membership fees and offering a discounted Introductory Package. After reaching a level of strength, technical proficiency and body awareness, you may choose to continue private sessions or safely participate in semi-private sessions (two clients working with one instructor). This progression allows you to learn the basic principles of Pilates – allowing for the possibility of real, transformational results that excellent instruction and consistent practice provide. All private sessions include an initial postural assessment – allowing for a baseline of possible muscular imbalances – to aid our instructors in choosing the proper exercises and assuring that each client receives an individualized program.

“I can’t say enough about the positive impact that classes at Pilates Bodies have had, and continue to have, on my life. I am drawn to exercise that enhances my awareness of the mind and body connection in movement. I’ve found Pilates to be an approach that encourages a mindfulness of movement in its slow, repetitive, controlled movements.
